Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining a pipeline of top talent, utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools, and overseeing the onboarding process.Qualifications- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Ability to manage candidate relationships and coordinate with hiring managers - Proficiency in utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience in talent acquisition and human resources is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
