Recruit for multiple domains including Sales, Non-Sales, IT, and Non-IT roles. Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates as per company requirements. Maintain and update candidate database and daily recruitment reports. Ensure timely closure of positions by meeting hiring deadlines.Key Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of all major job portals and sourcing techniques. Previous experience in IT company recruitment background preferred. Proven track record in hiring for Sales, Non-Sales, IT & Non-IT positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
