**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks, verify employment history, and perform background checks as required.

3. Recruitment Process Management:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment processes, procedures, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection practices.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.

**Additional Information**:
1. Job Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM

2. Week off
- Alternate Saturdays off, Sunday fixed off

3. Full time, permanent

4. Salary - 15K-25K (on-site)

5. Job location: Uttam Nagar, Delhi

6. Experience: 1-3 years
