The Role: Role DescriptionWe're hiring a full-time Recruiter (Remote, India) to join Ceed and support recruitment efforts across our growing portfolio of international businesses — including Keey, a real estate company operating in the UK and Dubai.You'll play a critical role in hiring real estate agents, operations staff, admin talent, and marketing professionals — ensuring we source top-tier candidates who thrive in fast-paced, remote-first roles.In this role, you will:Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across our companiesSource, screen, and interview candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal toolsPost jobs, build pipelines, and run proactive outreach campaignsCoordinate candidate communications and ensure an outstanding experienceOwn and manage the hiring workflow inside our ATS (Zoho Recruit)Work directly with hiring managers and the company founder to understand job briefs and meet deadlinesHandle salary alignment, offer letters, onboarding steps, and feedback loopsContinuously improve hiring processes and sourcing strategies for better speed and qualityIdeal Profile: Ideal CandidateYou have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with both agency and in-house exposureYou've hired across different industries and functions, including real estate, marketing, operations, and admin rolesYou're confident with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and Excel/Google SheetsYou speak and write excellent English and can communicate clearly with international clients and candidatesYou are highly organized, goal-driven, and take full ownership of resultsYou have strong attention to detail and can work independently in a remote environmentBonus if you've recruited for Dubai or UK markets beforeWhat's on Offer?Attractive Salary & BenefitsOpportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities
