**Position Title ** : IT Recruiter

**Position Type**: Full-time permanent

**Reporting to** : Operations Head

**Location** : Saket - New Delhi

The IT/Technical recruiter shall be responsible for driving the entire recruitment cycle, coordinate with the sales team and shall fulfill the manpower contingency. Looking for a person of strong integrity, disciplined, humility, honest & trustworthy.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Shall be very well versed in using Linkedin and other form of networking sourcing portals.
- Posting job positions in recruitment sites, professional network sites and other such channels.
- Conducting screening interviews through phone, video, or in-person.
- Conducting background and reference checks.
- Provide feedback of interviews/job offer and prepare relevant paperworks for hiring.
- Attend weekly meeting with clients/sales team to understand the job specifics and hiring needs.
- Manage & maintain database of applicants received and hired for all the roles in the company's ATS.
- Prepare and present weekly & monthly recruitment/task report.
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends, products & services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualification, experience & competencies**:

- Bachelors in IT/Engineering/Science/Human Resource or relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT recruitments as Technical recruiter or IT recruiter.
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience hiring in Japanese tech Industry.
- Excellent understanding of new & emerging technology and the ability to understand and interpret job requirements.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and boolean string & keyword search).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Japanese language is a plus.
- Excellent in english communication (verbal and written skills).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Shows willingness to learn & grow.
- Ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
- Person of strong integrity, discipline, humility, honest & trustworthy.

**Bonus/Other Allowance**:

- Incentive based on target achieved monthly/quarterly.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- IT/Engineering recruitment: 3 years (preferred)
- Japanese IT recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
