Our Founders
Hardik Bavishi is a former Googler and seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in software engineering, enterprise sales, and startup leadership. At Google, he played a pivotal role in launching and scaling Google Cloud India, growing it into a multimillion-dollar business across BFSI, Government, and Startup sectors. He also contributed to building Googles Files App, now with 500M+ installs. Hardik holds a Masters in Telecommunication & Networks from NYU.
Harshal Vora is a product-focused tech leader with 15+ years of experience building scalable systems and leading engineering teams at ShareChat, TeleNav, and RadioLocus. A second-time founder, Harshal brings a rare mix of deep technical execution and product intuition. With a Masters in Computer Science from Cornell, hes passionate about user-centric design and conversational UX at scale.
Our Story
Unlike many SaaS companies built in boardrooms, Saleschat.pro was born on sales floors. We spent our early days shadowing reps, mapping workflows, and learning firsthand where sales breaks down in chat-driven environments. That ground-level understanding, combined with our expertise in building global-scale products and scaling enterprise sales, fuels our vision today.

The Role
- Were looking for a battle-tested Enterprise Sales leader who knows what it takes to go from one to scale (1 100). Youll own our revenue engine: building, growing, and leading enterprise -sales, with a laser focus on BFSI and Insurance.
- This is not a cushy corporate gigits a high-energy, high-ownership role where youll be in the trenches, shaping the future of one of the most promising AI companies in India.
What Youll Do
- Build & scale enterprise sales: Own the revenue number and drive growth across BFSI & Insurance. We want you to scale to 50 enterprise accounts in the next 2 years.
- Lead from the front: Close deals with CXOs and decision-makers at top enterprises.
- Grow & lead a team: Build a high-performance sales team from scratch.
- Strategize & execute: Develop GTM strategy, refine processes, and create scalable sales playbooks.
Be the face of our business: Represent us with authority and credibility in Mumbais enterprise circles.
Who You Are
- Mumbai-based with deep connections in BFSI & Insurance.
- Proven track record of scaling sales functions in early-stage companies.
- Hands-on dealmakercomfortable sitting across the table from Fortune 500 execs.
- Experience building and managing small, high-performing teams.
- Insane drive, crazy energy, and comfortable working 9-9-6 if thats what it takes.
You thrive in chaos, own outcomes, and live for the rush of closing big deals.
