Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Delhi

Experience: 5 to 10 years


**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and overseeing the implementation process. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

2. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to implementation and support.

3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.

4. Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

5. Develop and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes for ServiceNow implementations.

6. Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

7. Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients and stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions and services.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with at least 2 years in a Solution Architect role.

3. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).

4. Proficiency in ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio, and ServiceNow APIs.

5. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, with experience implementing ITIL-based solutions in ServiceNow.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

7. Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.

8. ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly desirable.
