Job description


We are looking for experience Business Development Professionals in India who have a passion for sales, client acquisition and client relationship for our Staffing vertical in India market.


  • Experience in sales – New client acquisition.
  • Responsible for revenue generation from the targeted market.
  • Independently pursue and prospect into customers
  • Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
  • Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channels sales.
  • Ability to nurture and grow future business interest
  • Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills
  • Reach out to prospects through phone/e-mail/personal contacts/personal meets.
  • Explain value-proposition for Services to the prospect.
  • Set up conference calls/ Web Demonstrations/ Onsite meetings with the prospects.
  • Initiatives in Market Intelligence, Partner Programs, Brand building.
  • Follow up on the accounts and pursue necessary sales and business development activities
  • Account Mapping to create key relationships across the client and media agencies on the verticals.
  • Annual and Quarterly Account planning to determine the revenue potential and opportunities that are there in each account for the verticals that are under the incumbent’s charge.
