Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Specialist role at The Talent Keepers. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with clients. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being in Noida but with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Market Research
Communication and Customer Service
Lead Generation
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience in business development or sales
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
