Job Title: Business Development Specialist/Sales Representative


Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of a Sales Representative is to make outbound calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.


Location:

  • Gurgaon: Sector 48 (3 Openings - She Preferred)
  • Noida: Sector 142 (3 openings - She preferred)
  • Panchkula: (Preferred fresher she candidate)


Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher to 2 years. Preferable experience in real estate will be beneficial.

Working Days: 6 days a week 

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch our products/services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our offerings.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up on them regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
  • Keep updated records of calls, appointments, and sales.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and convince customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage, especially in the real estate sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
