We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Salesforce Consultant to help design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, configure Salesforce, and deliver customized solutions that maximize ROI. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong communication and consulting skills to guide clients through digital transformation.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and goals.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions with client teams.
- Configure Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, Flows, validation rules, and reports.
- Work with developers to implement custom Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations when required.
- Ensure best practices for data migration, system configuration, and deployment.
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with client needs.
- Optimize workflows, automation, and user experiences for efficiency.
- Provide recommendations for Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Manage and prioritize project deliverables, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and administrators for end-to-end project delivery.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant upgrades.
- Share industry best practices with clients to improve adoption and ROI.
