Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead and expand our export operations, focusing on markets in Africa, UAE, and other regions worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the export process, including regulatory compliance, sourcing, booking orders, and establishing strong relationships with bulk buyers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute export strategies to enhance market penetration and increase revenue across designated regions.

- Manage the entire export process from sourcing and regulatory compliance to shipping and delivery.

- Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all local and international pharmaceutical regulations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bulk buyers, distributors, and partners in target markets.

- Negotiate contracts and manage bookings with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable terms.

- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Monitor global market trends and perform competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential threats.

- Prepare and present export performance reports to senior management, recommending strategic adjustments as Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Pharmacy, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on international markets.

- Extensive knowledge of regulatory processes related to pharmaceutical exports.

- Established network of contacts among bulk buyers and key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in multiple languages relevant to target markets (preferred).
