HealthSetGo is setting up a new vertical into Ayurvedic products dedicated to providing authentic wellness solutions globally. Our product range includes traditional formulations, bulk ingredients, and ready-to-use Ayurvedic remedies crafted in India, the heartland of Ayurveda.

Role Summary :

We are in search of an experienced Head of Exports who will spearhead our global distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Ayurvedic product market, with a robust understanding of international regulatory standards necessary for product certification and export.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source high-quality Ayurvedic products, formulations, and bulk ingredients from across India.

- Develop and implement effective export strategies that align with company objectives.

- Navigate complex regulatory environments across various countries to ensure compliance and certification of products.

- Establish and maintain relationships with international distributors and buyers, ensuring a robust global distribution network.

- Oversee the entire export logistics chain, from sourcing and compliance to delivery and after-sales support.

- Monitor and adapt to changes in international trade regulations that affect Ayurvedic products.

- Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners and experts to ensure product authenticity and efficacy.

- Manage and mentor a team dedicated to the export process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices.

- Report to senior management on export performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities for Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. Additional certification in Ayurveda or a related discipline is highly advantageous.

- At least 5 years of proven experience in exporting Ayurvedic products, with thorough knowledge of the regulatory frameworks in key international markets.

- Strong network of contacts in the Ayurvedic industry, both in India and internationally.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

- Fluent in English and one or more Indian languages; additional language skills pertinent to key markets are a plus. (ref:iimjobs.com)
