Purpose of the role:

a. Creating the market for Adhesion Prevention
b. To enable the growth of the business and be accountable for achieving pre defined P& L targets by focusing on product mix, drive awareness and adoption through activations and partner with Medical affair and sales team to build a high profitable product line.
Responsibilities
Strategic Imperative:
Baxter’s clinically differentiated surgical care products support hemostasis, tissue sealing, reconstruction, tissue repair, intraoperative patient care and inhaled anesthesia. Our robust portfolio has been demonstrated to reduce intra- and post-operative complications, including complications that require costly blood transfusions and extend operating time. Less complications often translates into faster recovery for your patients and greater cost efficiencies
The Product Manager will Drive awareness and adoption on Adhesion Prevention amongst Healthcare professionals.
Planning:
Drive long term strategy for Adhesion Prevention and create a BaxP for the entire AP portfolio. Conceptualise and create strategies to drive business in the territories assigned leveraging Baxter products and channels Create and manage territories cuts into newer geographies Quarterly and monthly sales forecast sales planning process at the national level and track and manage alignment of sales objectives with organization objectives Conceptualize and drive business case for geographic expansion for relevant stakeholders Coordinate and Work with the BUMs, RBMs, Marketers etc for alignment on territories Managing Sampling and demo strategy.Execution:
Competition & Market Mapping -- Track and gather market data, no. of indicated surgeries, gather and analyze competitor activities Implementation of Marketing strategy and activations as per defined GTM Identify and drive business development initiatives including training and education of paramedical staff Ensure speedy and adequate availability of products Product launch and KOL Management Partner with business to drive the team morale for success as it is a new vertical entering into new geographies where Baxter has no / limited presence currently Monitor and review monthly team performance Define training goals of the month Drive culture via processes such as gender diversity, SFE, E&C and people connect for high performing teams Design Incentive policies in collaboration with HR Partner for team selection and performanceOperations
Drive forecasting S&OP for IndiaKey shared accountabilities
Works with BUMs and marketers to communicate key messages to the field and push on volume and value targets Serves as the head of strategy and business deliverable Works with commercial for approval of incentives, closure of sales commercial issues Works with HR to drive key people initiativesKey Metrics:

Qualification:
B Pharma/ BSc/ Btech with Masters in Management would be add on .
Experience:
5 plus years of experience desired in a reputed pharmaceutical/ Medical device/ Healthcare companies in Sales.
Work experience in GI and Obstetrics and Gynecological segment is a Plus.
