Role Description

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute the marketing strategy for each brand, namely Fountain Sizzlers, Hammer & Song, Flamboyante, and Eat Right Chef.
  2. Prepare quarterly marketing budgets to support planned activities.
  3. Coordinate with content creators to organize photoshoots and videoshoots.
  4. Work with the performance marketing agency and also manage in-house performance ads.
  5. Manage PR agencies and collaborate with key influencers.
  6. Develop brand partnerships and tie-ups.
  7. Run CRM and loyalty programs, including WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
  8. Manage relationships with vendors, aggregators, and other key external stakeholders.
  9. Coordinate with designers for artworks and brand collateral.
  10. Conduct internal marketing and hold staff briefings with marketing updates.
  11. Play a key marketing role as part of the opening team for new restaurants.
  12. Oversee marketing-related IT software and website management.
  13. Manage Instagram posting through a content calendar, create stories, respond to DMs, and forward customer queries to managers.
  14. Organize events and activations across restaurants.
  15. Coordinate with offline marketing agencies, printers, and other collateral producers.
  16. Report to the Strategy & Operations Director and lead the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in hospitality marketing is essential.
  • On-site role in South Mumbai (Worli – Cuffe Parade).
  • 6-day work week.
