Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally in a corporate environment with 3 to 7 Years of experience
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing Kubernetes clusters and monitoring systems.
