About the Role:
Antal International is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Hinjewadi Pune. The ideal candidate will have 36 years of IT recruitment experience preferably from a recruitment consultancy background. This role involves managing the endtoend recruitment process and building new relationships with clients. You will play a key part in sourcing top IT talent while expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and placement for IT roles across various levels.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to drive new business.

Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates via job portals social media and networking conducting screening and interviews to shortlist the best candidates.

Coordination: Coordinate interviews feedback and followups between candidates and clients ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases to keep a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and offer management between clients and candidates.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure client requirements are met within set timelines.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and align recruitment strategies with client needs and industry demand.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and management.

Networking: Attend industry events and seminars to build new client relationships and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 36 years of IT recruitment experience with a preference for candidates from a recruitment consultancy background.

Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in handling client relationships and business development.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles and industry trends for effective candidate evaluation.

Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.

ATS Knowledge: Understanding and experience in using Application Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added benefit.

Preferred: Familiarity with recruitment tools and industry networking platforms.

Specifications:

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple client requirements and recruitment processes simultaneously.

Business Development: Ability to identify new business opportunities and build longterm client relationships.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
