About theRole:
Antal International is looking fora Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Hinjewadi Pune. The idealcandidate will have 36 years of IT recruitment experiencepreferably from a recruitment consultancy background. This roleinvolves managing the endtoend recruitment process and building newrelationships with clients. You will play a key part in sourcingtop IT talent while expanding our client base.

KeyResponsibilities:

EndtoEnd Recruitment: Managethe entire recruitment process including sourcing interviewing andplacement for IT roles across various levels.

Client Acquisition & RelationshipBuilding: Identify and establish relationships withpotential clients while maintaining and nurturing existing clientrelationships to drive new business.

Sourcing & Screening:Source candidates via job portals social media and networkingconducting screening and interviews to shortlist the bestcandidates.

Coordination: Coordinateinterviews feedback and followups between candidates and clientsensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Database Management: Maintainand update candidate databases to keep a pipeline of qualified ITprofessionals.

Negotiation: Handle salarynegotiations and offer management between clients andcandidates.

TeamCollaboration: Work closely with internal teams andhiring managers to ensure client requirements are met within settimelines.

MarketResearch: Conduct market research to identify trendsand align recruitment strategies with client needs and industrydemand.

Reporting:Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients andmanagement.

Networking: Attend industryevents and seminars to build new client relationships and stayupdated on market trends.

Qualifications &Experience:

Experience: 36 years of ITrecruitment experience with a preference for candidates from arecruitment consultancy background.

Client RelationshipManagement: Proven experience in handling clientrelationships and business development.

Technical Knowledge: Strongunderstanding of IT roles and industry trends for effectivecandidate evaluation.

Skills: Excellentcommunication negotiation and problemsolving skills.

ATS Knowledge: Understandingand experience in using Application Tracking Systems (ATS) is anadded benefit.

Preferred: Familiarity withrecruitment tools and industry networking platforms.

Specifications:

Multitasking: Ability tomanage multiple client requirements and recruitment processessimultaneously.

BusinessDevelopment: Ability to identify new businessopportunities and build longterm client relationships.

Travel Flexibility:Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
