Position: Customer Success Executive                                                                                             Job Location : Chennai

Job Roles and Responsibilities: 

·      Mapping Prospect Accounts among OEMs/Tier I/ Tier II category Mid to Large enterprises in Manufacturing and Industrial verticals.

·      Identifying Key Influencers/Decision Makers , establishing and maintaining professional business relationships in mapped Accounts.

·      Generate leads through Network and Digital mode of connects.

·      Understand the customer requirements and problem statements and effectively articulate the value proposition to demonstrate products and solutions.

·      Submit winnable proposals, negotiate deals and terms with prospects, while also addressing their concerns.

·      Keeping up with trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement or recommend new products. 

·       Respond to customer queries and objections on time, in consultation with management and Principal (IR).

·       Adhere to company’s periodical reporting and review requirements.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical /Industrial and Production Engineering, Diploma in Tool / Manufacturing Engineering from NTTF in First Class.

Experience: 3-5 Years of Sales / Business Development experience in handling Automotive and Tier I & II companies in Manufacturing , Engineering and Industrial verticals.

Essential Skills :

·       Basic knowledge of Tools and equipments application in manufacturing environments.

·       Ability to provide technical support to customers on right Power Tools product selection, application guidance, and troubleshooting running issues.

·       Products and Solutions sales exposure to Production and Assembly lines in Manufacturing and Industrial verticals.

Personal skills :

·       Well groomed, self-motivated and enthusiastic youngster.

·       Passionate to learn, adopt, apply the learnings in Job for his growth.

·       Decent level of verbal and written communication in English.

Language Proficiency: Tamil and medium level in English and/or Hindi.
