Open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends. Prior experience or understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including buy-side (advertisers, agencies) or sell-side (publishers, SSPs) platforms. Familiarity with campaign management, performance marketing, and digital advertising tools is a plus.Required Technical Skills Basic knowledge ofweb page designing ,HTML ,CSS and JavaScript . Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience. Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements. Communication Skills Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills. Effective feedback delivery tailored to analysts' skills and tenure. General Requirements for All Roles Shift : US Shifts (Night Shifts) Customer Service Skills : Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial.
