Lead Management & Research:- Work on incoming leads by conducting thorough research on client companies, their industry presence, past exhibitions, and ongoing marketing activities.- Identify key decision-makers, business needs, and event participation history to tailor outreach strategies.- Support the Account Executive (AE) in setting up introductory and follow-up meetings with potential clients.- Maintain lead data and communication records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).2. Account Nurturing & Client Engagement- Maintain a calendar of upcoming events, exhibitions, and marketing opportunities for existing customers.- Proactively reach out to clients ahead of major events to understand their next project brief and potential requirements.- Strengthen relationships by maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients.3. Project Coordination & Follow-up- Regularly follow up on projects where designs and commercial offers have been submitted to ensure timely client feedback.- Coordinate revisions or modifications requested by clients with internal design, operations, and costing teams.- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and updates.4. Client Experience & Communication- Create a seamless and pleasant client experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely response to inquiries or concerns.- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (design, production, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.- Prepare detailed meeting notes or minutes of meetings (MoMs) for all client interactions and share with relevant internal stakeholders.- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate client review meetings, presentations, and debrief sessions.5. Reporting & Administration- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, and project milestones.- Prepare weekly reports on client follow-ups, pipeline status, and event/project updates for management review.- Support in preparing pitch decks, client presentations, and case studi (ref:iimjobs.com)
