Entire CMD Office travels together every weekRole OverviewYou’ll lead CMD's Social media team + shadow the Founder & Chairman of Della Group along with CMD office team who will assist him capture premium photos, shoot high-quality short-form reels, and generate Insta & Linked In-ready content ideas. You need to create monthly calendar, assign responsibilities and ensure timely job done. Your team's deliverables include:- Visuals: Professional photos and engaging video reels-- Content: Post concepts, headlines, captions, and carousel outlines-- Voice: Always on-brand, top-tier, and fully confidentialOn-Site Photography & Video- Accompany the Founder to meetings, site visits, and events across India.-- Shoot and lightly edit candid and posed photos/videos (DSLR & mobile).-- Plan, film, and edit short-form Insta and Linked In reels—handling lighting, framing, sound, and pacing.Content Ideation & Generation- Produce monthly decks of Insta and Linked In-worthy post concepts: headlines, caption drafts, carousel outlines, and topic hooks.-- Align all ideas with the Founder’s upcoming engagements, business milestones, and industry trends.Analytics Review & Insights- Review monthly Linked In and Insta performance reports (followers, impressions, engagement rates).-- Summarize key insights and recommend 5–7 content pivots or topic areas for the next cycle.Coordination & Confidentiality- Deliver visuals and content briefs to the Founder’s executive assistant for approval—no direct posting or community management required.- Maintain absolute discretion around all on-site activities, conversations, and assets.Must-Have Qualifications- Based in Mumbai, with flexibility for full-day shadowing and on-location shoots, exclusive travelling involved.-- Reels Production: planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content (Reels/Stories).-- Canva Expert: Proven ability to create polished graphics, carousels, and mood-boards quickly in Canva.-- Strong instincts for Insta and Linked In-style headlines and captions, with excellent command of professional tone.-- Highly organized: on-time delivery of photo/video assets and content decks every month.-- Impeccable discretion handling high-profile engagements and sensitive information.Nice-to-Have- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or family-run conglomerates.-- Familiarity with Insta and Linked In analytics dashboards and terminology.-- Basic slide-deck skills in Power Point or Google Slides.What We Offer- Exclusive Access: Work side-by-side with one of India’s most influential business leaders.-- Creative Ownership: Shape the visual, video, and conceptual identity of the Founder’s Insta and Linked In brand.-- Competitive Package: Attractive salary, performance bonuses, and professional development support.
