Job Overview :

Elixia Inc. is seeking an accomplished and innovative Vice President - Technology to lead the company's technological vision and execution. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technology strategy in alignment with our business goals. You will lead our tech team to deliver scalable, efficient solutions, ensuring Elixia remains at the forefront of innovation in the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Define and drive the overall technology vision in alignment with Elixia's strategic business objectives.


- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap for short-term and long-term growth.


- Lead R&D efforts, incorporating emerging technologies to maintain industry Development and Oversight :


- Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable technological solutions.


- Ensure robust system infrastructure, optimizing service delivery, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity.


- Lead technology projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.


Executive Decision-Making :


- Serve as the key decision-maker for all technology-related matters, optimizing efficiency and innovation.


- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology goals with business objectives.


Team Leadership & Development :


- Mentor and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.


- Identify and nurture talent, ensuring continuous growth and leadership development within the team.


Technology Management and Compliance :


- Manage technology budgets and resource allocation efficiently.


- Stay informed of industry trends, ensuring Elixia remains a leader in innovation.


- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the logistics sector.


Expected Skills & Competencies :


- Expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, Flutter, PHP, MongoDB, Cassandra, AWS.


- Advanced knowledge of system architecture and scalable product development.


- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.


- Experience in driving innovation with AI/ML technologies.


- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on growth and collaboration.


- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.


- Forward-thinking, with the ability to predict and adapt to industry trends, especially in logistics :


- 7+ years in a senior technology leadership role, leading large-scale technology projects.


- 4+ years managing and mentoring technology teams.


- Deep understanding of the logistics industry and its technological demands.


- Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML capabilities is highly desirable.


- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


- Proven ability to manage technology budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
