Job Title : Salesforce Field Service Cloud ConsultantLocation : HyderabadExperience : 6+ YearsAbout the Role : Rhythm Innovations is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Field Service Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence through technology.Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable configurations- Design workflows, service appointments, work orders, and mobile solutions for field technicians- Customize and configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) components including dispatcher console, scheduling policies, and service territories- Integrate Field Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams and clients- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications : - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in Field Service Cloud- Strong understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and mobile capabilities- Hands-on experience with Work Orders, Service Resources, Skills, Territories, and Scheduling- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder- Salesforce Field Service Certification is highly preferred- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teamsWhat We Offer : - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge field service transformation projects- Collaborative and innovative work culture- Competitive compensation and benefits- Career growth within a fast-evolving Salesforce practice (ref:hirist.tech)
