Job Description:

If you have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and are looking for a role that combines flexibility, growth, and global exposure, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you


We’re on the lookout for an HR Senior Associate to join our vibrant team. You’ll be using your skills to source, interview, and onboard exceptional candidates, working with platforms like Recruiter, Indeed, and Internshala. Whether you prefer working from the comfort of your home or thrive in a hybrid setup in Chandigarh, we’ve got you covered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create JD for various profiles by understanding the requirements and conducting market research.
  • Source, screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews with candidates using Recruiter, Indeed, Internshala, and more.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the selection process.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance are met.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and the implementation of HR policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including international candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular reports.
  • Manage employee records and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide support for global hiring initiatives and strategies.
  • Ensuring Employee welfare and resolving employee grievances.
  • Ensuring adherence to work and time-tracking software.
  • Practising Onboarding process


Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Experience conducting interviews and a strong understanding of recruitment platforms such as Recruiter, Indeed, and Internshala.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
  • A master's degree in HR is a plus.
  • Managing and Instagram accounts of the company.
