What are we looking for you to do?.
- The HR Manager will lead and direct the HR function at MSET.
- This would include the creation and delivery of our People Plan.
- From setting the direction on our Culture through to overseeing our Recruitment activity.
Key responsibilities would also include:
- Resource Planning and Recruitment.
- Work with our senior leadership team to identify overall resourcing needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the best talent to the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing and candidate selection.
- Oversee an effective and efficient onboarding process.
- Employee Relations.
- Be the primary interface for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Handle Employee Relation issues, including complaints, grievances and any disciplinary action.
MSET Culture:
- Help develop and nurture the MSET Culture.
- Ensure that we live into our Company values at all opportunities and be the voice of employees within Senior Leadership meetings.
- Compensation and benefits.
- Support leadership in the creation and implementation of our Compensation and Benefits Program.
- Oversee all MSET benefits including health and other company perks ensuring our offering remain competitive.
- People Development.
- Oversee and manage our performance appraisal and benchmarking programs.
- Ensure all staff have an effective, actionable appraisal.
- Support our managers in the management of their teams.
- Create a suite of suitable Training Materials (both specialist and general).
- Compliance and Regularity.
- Ensure we effectively understand and operate with the employee laws in regulations in the markets we operate in.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?.
- 5+ years of minimum experience in a senior HR manager role.
- Ideally a degree in Human Resources.
- Appropriate HR qualifications and regulatory understanding.
- A self-starter who can thrive in a growing organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a comfortable communicator at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in HR software tools.
