Experience:2-3 Years Job Type:Full-time Department:Sales Reports To:Inside Sales Manager / Sales Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-drivenInside Sales Specialistwith 2-3 years of experience to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects and customers via phone, email, and online meetings to drive sales, generate leads, and support overall business growth. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to qualify prospects and generate sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication and follow-up. Collaborate with field sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, IT, B2B, etc.]. Knowledge of lead generation tools or techniques. Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
