We work with leading organizations across industries to connect them with high-impact leaders and professionals.We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business outreach and client network.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and generate qualified leads through cold calling & outreach through other means.Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Senior Leaders to introduce Fynd Bridge’s Executive search and other value added services.Maintain and update CRM data, track conversations, and follow up systematically to convert leads into opportunities.Support the Business Development team by setting up meetings and nurturing potential clients.Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.Desired Skills & QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in B2 B or service-based firms).Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Basic understanding of Linked In Sales Navigator or CRM tools will be an added advantage.QualificationsBachelor’s / Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Counselling, Consulting, B2 B Sectors.Why Join UsBe part of a young, dynamic, and ambitious consulting firm.Opportunity to work closely with leadership teams and learn executive-level sales strategy.Collaborative, performance-driven work culture with growth opportunities
