Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

  - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve banquet revenue targets.

  - Lead the banquet sales team, setting performance goals and ensuring they meet or exceed sales quotas.

  - Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies as needed.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

  - Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

  - Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients, showcasing banquet facilities and offerings.

3. Event Planning Collaboration:

  - Work closely with the banquet operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
