Our client, a leading company in the exhibition industry, is seeking a Registration Manager to oversee the registration process for upcoming events in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth registration experience for attendees and exhibitors.


Key Responsibilities


Manage Registration: Oversee all aspects of the registration process, including setup, online systems, and onsite operations.

Customer Support: Address inquiries from exhibitors and attendees regarding registration, badges, and ticketing.

Data Management: Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of attendee data while adhering to privacy regulations.

Team Coordination: Lead and train registration staff to provide exceptional service during events.

Onsite Execution: Supervise the registration desk and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.


Requirements


Minimum 3 years of experience in registration management for events or exhibitions.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in registration software and CRM systems.
