The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition engagement and retention. This role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals community organizations and potential patients to promote our services and build brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing excellent communication skills and a passion for helping families achieve their dreams of parenthood.
Key Responsibilities : (Mandatory pharma or IVF set up experience)
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement field marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase patient volume and market share.
Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers community organizations and other key stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in community events health fairs and educational seminars to promote our services.
Patient Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute outreach programs to attract new patients including digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse patient acquisition metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
Brand Awareness:
  • Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures flyers and
  • digital content to enhance brand visibility. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team healthcare providers and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights to support the continuous improvement of
  • marketing strategies and tactics.
Reporting:
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities
  • including lead generation conversion rates and patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing
  • performance and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing preferably in the healthcare
  • or medical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing
  • campaigns.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for events and meetings.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the IVF or fertility treatment industry.
  • Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and compliance.
