Skeps - Director - Product Management

Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across core fintech products.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers; hire and scale the product function in alignment with business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ship customer-centric, compliant, and scalable fintech solutions.
- Translate business priorities and customer pain points into clear product requirements and actionable initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure product readiness and regulatory alignment.
- Define key success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data, user research, and market insights.
- Stay ahead of fintech industry trends, competitive products, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, speed, and learning within the product org.
Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in product management, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a fintech or financial services company.
- Strong understanding of fintech domains such as lending, payments, banking-as-a-service, credit infrastructure, or personal finance.
- Proven success in launching and scaling B2B, B2C, or B2B2C fintech products in a startup or growth-stage environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Deep experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, operations, and sales.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills comfortable presenting to executive leadership, investors, and partners.
