Description :Responsibilities :- Lead the organisation's strategy from a technical perspective to ensure alignment with business goals.- Manage team sprints, ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction.- Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.- Manage and optimise infrastructure assets to meet internal targets.- Create and ensure adherence to overall technology standards and practices.- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.- Utilise stakeholder feedback to devise necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.Requirements :- 5+ years of experience with Node.js .- 3+ years of team management experience.- 6+ years of experience in building end-to-end full-stack products.- 3+ years of relevant experience in MySQL and MongoDB.- Strong command of Node.js and its internals.- Proficiency with RESTful web services/APIs using ExpressJS.- Comfortable with server-side technologies like Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, etc.- Good command of cloud infrastructure (MS Azure preferred, AWS).- Keen attention to detail and a passion for building high-quality products.- Ability to learn quickly and understand new concepts.- Willingness to work in an agile startup environment and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
