We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in .NET Core, React, Cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes, along with a strong grasp of architecture principles, design patterns, and CI/CD practices. This role requires strong leadership, technical guidance, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of large-scale, cloud-native full stack applications.
  • Architect and implement solutions using .NET Core for backend and for frontend development.
  • Define and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Design and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and automated deployments.
  • Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Drive the adoption of modern design patterns, architectural frameworks, and development methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, conducting technical reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and technologies to enhance system performance and team productivity.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core and C# for backend services.
  • Advanced proficiency in for modern, responsive web application development.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
