Job Title Lead Full stack developerLocation Gurgaon Hybrid Position Overview We are seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer Coach SME to lead guide the development of our AI-powered multi-application platform Objective This role will act as a coach for app architecture will be an escalation point for coding issues code development and provide resolution to team members to keep project on track Key Tech Stack Azure Services Azure Cognitive services Speech Services Azure OpenAI WhisperTech Skills WebSocket connections implementation Real time voice transcriptionAI led Development Cursor ai Github copilot and other tools that accelerate application developmentAdditional Skills Encryption Decryption AES 256 Gen AI Coding tools Using Transformer ModelsTools Open API Swagger OAuth2 Celery RabbitMQ JWTSecurity Familiar with HIPAA requirementsKey Responsibilities Owns the architecture of the application developmentFamiliar with security requirements of US Healthcare applications and therefore the secure architecture requiredEnsures that the team is able to deliver to the development timelinesAnswer questions in group chats get on meetings to guide and coach the team membersCreate policy on Coding StandardsSpot check work for developers to ensure that coding standards are metImplement tools like SonarQube to ensure high quality of codeResolve issues and roadblocks in a reasonable timeframeWork closely with product managers analysts and UI designers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience Support the product development lifecycle through participation in design sprints and review sessions Keeps in touch with the latest trends in AI led development and brings those best practices to help accelerate development and improve team productivityMinimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development using Python Node js Next js JavaScript and TypeScript Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Lead on a Healthcare SaaS app Proven track record of developing and managing web applications APIs Strong experience with cloud services particularly Microsoft Azure including Azure DevOps App Services and other Azure management tools Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL Experience in an Agile development environment and understanding of SDLC practices Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex software projects Experience in healthcare technology and understanding of regulatory environments such as HIPAA HITECH Excellent communication and teamwork skills
