Job Description of Full Stack Lead-

Key Responsibilities
1. *Technical Leadership*: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team on full-stack projects using .NET Core and React JS.
2. *Architecture and Design*: Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for full-stack applications.
3. *Coding and Development*: Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code in .NET Core, C#, and React JS.
4. *Mentoring and Coaching*: Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in full-stack development.
5. *Project Planning and Estimation*: Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling to ensure successful project delivery.
6. *Troubleshooting and Debugging*: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in full-stack applications.

Requirements
1. *Experience*: 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years of experience in .NET Core and React JS.
2. *Technical Skills*: Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
3. *Leadership Skills*: Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading teams and guiding junior developers.
4. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. *Problem-Solving Skills*: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.

Nice to Have
1. *Experience with Microservices*: Experience with microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateways, and load balancing.
2. *Experience with Cloud Platforms*: Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
3. *Experience with DevOps*: Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring.
4. *Experience with Agile Methodologies*: Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
