Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Lead – MERN Full Stack Developer
with strong experience in building scalable web applications, leading teams, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in the
MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, , ) using TypeScript
, along with solid knowledge of RESTful services, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Excellent communication skills and prior leadership experience are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using the MERN stack with TypeScript.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership to the team, including code reviews, mentorship, and task allocation.
  • Architect RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration across frontend and backend components.
  • Manage both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and engineering excellence.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions quickly.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in MERN stack using TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with RESTful Web Services, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Current designation must be Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer.
  • Proven project leading and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (no compromise).
  • Must be an Engineering graduate (strictly no BSc/MSc).
  • No education or employment gaps.
  • Must not have attended interviews with Dentsu/Merkle in the last 6 months.
  • Notice period: 0–30 days only.
