Web ERP platform
to connect our entire business flow — from lead generation to project handover.

As a
Full Stack Developer
, you'll be the technical backbone of this transformation: designing the system architecture, developing core modules, and ensuring a smooth, secure, and scalable experience for our internal teams.

Success in this role
means delivering a reliable, well-documented ERP system that simplifies daily operations and supports SEPL's growth. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, a small development team, and design partners to turn real-world processes into efficient digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain
    end-to-end modules
    (Lead → Project → Handover → Feedback).
  • Develop and optimize
    front-end interfaces
    using React / and integrate with backend APIs.
  • Build secure and scalable
    backend services
    in / Express or Frappe Framework.
  • Design and manage
    PostgreSQL / MySQL
    databases for reliability and speed.
  • Implement
    role-based authentication
    , backups, and data-security best practices.
  • Conduct unit tests, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure stable releases.
  • Maintain
    clear documentation
    for APIs, data models, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designer and business owner to align development with process goals.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
    4–6 years of proven full-stack development experience on production systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Frontend – / , HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind or Bootstrap
  • Backend – / Express or Frappe Framework, RESTful APIs
  • Database – PostgreSQL / MySQL
  • Version Control – Git / GitHub
  • Cloud/DevOps – Vercel, Firebase, AWS (basic CI/CD)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate business logic into technical solutions.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a lean startup-style team.
