What will you be doing here?
- Identify, research, and qualify potential prospects through outbound campaigns (calls, emails,
LinkedIn, events) and inbound leads.
- Build scalable prospecting workflows, cadences, and tools to maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with Marketing on lead quality/feedback loops and with AEs to ensure smooth
handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and buyer personas to sharpen messaging
and outreach strategies.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, activity, pipeline contribution) and
present insights to Sales Leadership.
Desired Profile?
- 5-7 years of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline generation targets.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading SDRs/BDRs.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve conversion funnels.
