Our AI-driven platform simplifies the complexities of international trade, helping companiesmitigate risks, enhance efficiency, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.Our AI-Powered Solutions : - Trademo Intel AI-powered trade intelligence to uncover market trends and competitive insights.- Trademo Sanctions Screener AI-driven compliance with 650+ global sanctions and PEP lists.- Trademo Global Trade Compliance Real-time regulatory and tariff data for 140+ countries, withAI workflows for HS/ECN classification, controls determination, and licensing.- Trademo Map - AI-powered global supply chain mapping and screening, detecting risks like ForcedLabor (UFLPA) and sanctions in deep-tier networks.- Trademo TradeScreen - AI-powered trade transaction digitization, financial crime screening andcompliance platform.Role : Engineering ManagerLocation : Onsite - GurgaonWhat will you be doing here?- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of backend, frontend, data and AI engineers.- Oversee the execution of engineering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines,quality, and budget goals are met.- Drive engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.- Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical executionwith business goals.- Establishing and refining processes for release management, code review, sprint planning andexecution, QA, security and performance testing.- Conduct regular 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and careerdevelopment support.- Participate in hiring processes to attract and retain top engineering talent.- Stay current with industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologiesthat improve team productivity and code B.tech in Computer science or a related field.- 3+ years of people management or technical leadership experience- 8+ years of software development experience- Proficiency in languages like Python or Go- Strong experience with relational (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL Experience with high-throughput transactional systems- Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Azure/GCP/AWS.- Strong background in optimizing, managing, and running microservices with Kubernetes, with the ability to lead a team in these areas.- Exposure or past experience with ETL systems, Big Data systems, or Data Engineering tools (Pandas, NumPy, Kafka) would be added advantage- Proven success managing projects in an agile environment- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or scale-up environment.- Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph) would be a plus.- Experience building GenAI applications would be a plus.What we offer : At Trademo, we want our employees to be comfortable with their benefits so they focus on doingthe work they love.- Parental leave - Maternity and Paternity- Breakfast & Snacks- Health Insurance- Flexible Time Offs- Stock Options (ref:hirist.tech)
