Through measurable results, we help businesses predict customer attrition, drive expansion, and build scalable and efficient customer success teams.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Customer Success Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, addressing customer issues through troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth implementation of customer success platforms. The Customer Success Engineer will work closely with clients to optimize system performance, maintain network security, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes.QualificationsTechnical Qualifications & Experience:- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in network security. - Proven expertise in deploying and managing Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW). - Strong understanding of firewall concepts: Security Policies, NAT (Source/Destination), Decryption, Authentication. - Experience configuring IPsec VPN tunnels and implementing GlobalProtect for remote access. - Solid foundational knowledge of the Prisma Access SASE solution. - In-depth understanding of core networking protocols and functions: TCP/IP (including IP headers and fragmentation), DHCP, DNS, ARP. - Strong experience in analyzing packet captures for troubleshooting. - Detailed understanding of Palo Alto Networks Packet Flow and security features such as App-ID, Content-ID, and User-ID.
