Associate Category Manager

Job Title: Associate Category ManagerLocation: [Remote]Department: Category & GrowthKey ResponsibilitiesCategory Growth:Drive topline growth by identifying and executing category-level initiatives.Monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet revenue and user growth targets.Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.Strategy & Planning:Develop short and long-term strategies for the category in collaboration with leadership.Plan product roadmap, pricing, and positioning strategies.Work closely with the content team to ensure alignment with learner needs and market demand.Operations & Execution:Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of category operations.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.Maintain category health by managing inventory, scheduling, and learner feedback loops.Stakeholder Collaboration:Liaise with marketing for campaign planning and performance tracking.Partner with sales and customer support teams to ensure strong feedback mechanisms and learner satisfaction.Act as the voice of the category in internal reviews and planning meetings.Youtube Growth:Lead YouTube growth through planned content initiatives and optimization.Track key metrics and improve reach, retention, and engagement.Collaborate with faculty and YTMs for consistent delivery.Use YouTube as a top-of-funnel channel for acquisition and lead generation.Qualifications & Skills1-3 years of experience in category management, product strategy, business operations, or growth roles (edtech/e-commerce/startup background preferred).Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action.Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a high-growth, impact-driven edtech brand.Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Accelerated career growth opportunities and ownership of key business functions.
