Responsibilities Creator Growth & Onboarding Identify and onboard creators across performance, lifestyle & entertainment categories Maintain creator pipeline Ensure strong pre-launch seeding so every competition goes live with high-quality content Influencer Partnerships Collaborate with micro and mid-tier influencers to boost app visibility Manage briefs, deliverables, posting schedules and campaign outcomes Drive community challenges and creator-led promotions through influencers App Growth & Weekly Activation Drive new installs, repeat uploads, and active participation Launch weekly growth experiments and creator engagement activities Manage WhatsApp/Telegram groups and resolve creator queries quickly Business Growth & Market Expansion Build relationships with colleges, studios, communities & partners Identify sponsorships and collaboration opportunities Support go-to-market initiatives and help scale presence across categories and regions Qualifications 2–5 years in creator/influencer/growth/community roles Strong communication & relationship skills Experience managing creators or influencers Fast execution mindset, strong follow-up, highly organized
