About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 Role: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in Scrum Team Location: Ahmedabad Team: You will lead multiple scrum teams across offices, driving Agile transformation and delivery excellence. Teams are domain-focused and aligned with organizational priorities. Impact: As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, you will: Serve as a strategic facilitator between Product Owners, Developers, QA, UAT, and business stakeholders. Champion Agile best practices, coach teams, and remove organizational impediments. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely rollout to production. Mentor and develop Jr . scrum masters within the organization. Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices. Report on delivery metrics and project health to senior leadership. What We're Looking For: Basic: Degree in Computer Technology or related field. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities. Strong estimation and analytical skills . Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading multiple scrum teams or large-scale Agile programs. Expertise in risk identification and mitigation. Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP). Experience mentoring and developing Agile talent.
