Work Style - Hybrid In Office days - 3 days a week Requirements Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. Compliance Support – Ensuring agile practices align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Cross-Team Coordination – Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and align deliverables. Backlog Support – Assisting Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story clarity. Capacity Planning – Supporting teams in understanding capacity and planning sprints effectively. Scrum Master Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. Certified scrum master. Strong communication and presentation skills are preferred (USA market). 2.5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar senior role (Good to have). Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, to deliver solutions (MUST). Certified Agile Coach, PO (Added advantage) Experience in delivering solutions using the JIRA project management tool (MUST). Leadership and management experience (Good to have). Excellent people and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
