- 1**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Implement Agile/Scrum Principles: Lead and facilitate the adoption of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies across teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices, helping them understand and embrace the Scrum framework.
- Process Oversight: Ensure that Scrum processes are followed effectively, identifying and addressing impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress.
- Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives, fostering collaboration and communication within the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within Scrum teams, encouraging self-assessment and adaptation to enhance team performance.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Agile and Scrum processes, helping teams make data-driven decisions.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and issues within the team, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and Scrum team activities, providing transparency and visibility into project progress.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of projects, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master(3 Years) in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
