Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Client Partner with 10-14 years of experience in leading sales and digital transformation engagements across global markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful technology solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong delivery understanding, and the ability to lead complex, high-value programs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Partnership
- Own client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their digital journey.
- Lead the entire lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with client CXOs and functional heads to understand challenges and shape transformation roadmaps.
- Drive large deal pursuits involving internal teams and technology partners.
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Guide clients on adopting scalable technology solutions to improve business performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that drive measurable value.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Solutioning & Innovation
- Lead solution design efforts involving cloud, RPA, AI/ML, and custom applications.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to provide innovative and relevant recommendations.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, address escalations, and ensure alignment.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build strong reference accounts.
Key Requirements
Experience & Expertise
-10-14 years of experience in sales, client engagement, and delivering transformation programs.
- Proven success in managing global accounts and driving large deals across geographies.
- Experience working with fast-scaling businesses and startups, crafting tailored strategies to support rapid Strong consultative selling and value-based selling capabilities.
- Experience in solution design involving digital technologies (AI, RPA, Cloud, APIs, etc.).
- Excellent commercial acumen for deal structuring, pricing, and value articulation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management Ability to influence senior decision-makers and lead cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience with global technology firms or consulting environments is a plus.
