An experienced Staffing Account Manager is required to develop and maintain client relationships, understand their staffing needs, and ensure our services exceed their expectations.
This role is critical in growing local and national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT sector.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
- Understand clients' technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare regular account status reports for senior management.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM / ATS platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
