Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

Your Role:

Learning & Development:

- Develop and implement innovative training strategies in consultation with business leaders to address organizational learning needs.

- Design, deliver, and assess training programs, ensuring their effectiveness through evaluation tools and post-training impact analysis.

- Create and manage learning content to support business goals while fostering knowledge retention and application.

- Prepare and present insightful analytics, dashboards, and reports to evaluate training outcomes and identify improvement areas.

- Research and integrate market best practices into training frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning requirements across teams.

- Manage the delivery of classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions, continuously streamlining processes for better efficiency.

- Develop and oversee trainer empanelment, onboarding, and enablement processes to build a high-performing facilitation team.

- Build and sustain strong stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals.

- Lead projects to evaluate training feedback, incorporate necessary enhancements, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

- Design and execute talent development initiatives, including coaching, succession planning, and performance optimization programs.

- At least 3 years of L&D experience, particularly in designing and managing multi-channel training programs.

- Proven expertise in talent management, coaching, and succession planning initiatives.

- A track record of working in the BFSI/Fintech sector is preferred.

- Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and process optimization for training programs.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and multi-tasking capabilities.

- Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving challenges.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
