Job Description : We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developers with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are eager to take ownership, contribute to technical excellence, and mentor junior team members while growing in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).- Build scalable, robust, and efficient systems using JavaScript and Python.- Lead and mentor team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support professional growth within the team.- Act as an individual contributor when required, taking ownership of complex modules or projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and DevOps) to define, plan, and deliver high-quality software solutions.- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and system performance.- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, and system design.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend their adoption when beneficial.Required Skills : - Strong knowledge and proven experience with React.js and JavaScript for front-end development.- Proficiency in Node.js for back-end services.- Hands-on experience with Python for development and scripting.- Experience in team handling, mentoring, and guiding junior developers.- Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with being a strong individual contributor.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on scalable solutions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional Criteria : - Education : B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (CSE/IT).- Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
